999 3rd Amenity Space

HST partnered with the Building Owner and Architect early in the design process to assist with decisions driving budget and schedule. The result is a beautiful new amenity space where building tenants can work and unwind at the same time. Use of wood on floors, column wraps, walls and ceiling features provides for a warm and cozy feel. Lounge furniture combined with an HST custom table and benches create inviting areas to break away. A distinguishing feature is the tile mosaic wall where individual tiles were meticulously laid according to the Architect’s design.
