"Aon is in the business of better decisions" and they made another one by selecting HST as their construction partner on this 4,200 SF Seattle office. HST's partnership approach proactively solved problems for the project team while maintaining transparency throughout the project.  Features of the space include advanced conferencing capabilities in both large and small conference rooms, open to structure ceilings, sound-proof phone rooms, and high-end finishes throughout.  Completed in an occupied building, care was taken to accommodate existing tenants during construction.
