HST was honored to be selected as the construction partner on this project. Working closely with client, construction manager and architect, HST teams played an integral role during pre-construction planning and procurement. This multiple-floor tenant improvement included Class A Office finishes, recording studio, large employee lounge and kitchen areas, small and large technology-packed conference rooms and a secret speakeasy that included a full bar and lounge seating. Design included architectural features such as polished concrete flooring, wood ceiling and wall features, metal wall features and specialty lighting.
