This Class A Office tenant improvement at the 112^th & 12^th property spans 31,000 SF. JPC Architects designed a space that made extensive use of DIRTT glass wall systems. Architectural features include custom wood wall and ceiling panels, custom casework and an open ceiling concept to showcase specialty lighting. HST successfully coordinated and completed this project above an operational sleep clinic.
