This valued long-term client engaged HST to help plan and execute the renovation of one of Seattle’s iconic historic buildings. Collaborating closely with the building’s ownership and architect, HST guided design decisions and managed procurement schedules to align with the project’s vision. The renovation included a full demolition down to the shell, installation of new MEP systems to support a modern bar and lounge, and the integration of timeless finishes that honor the character of this TOBY Award-winning property.
