G2 Game Lounge

Georgetown Squared is a unique office property south of downtown Seattle offering excellent views, up to 60,000 SF floorplates, and modern infrastructure.  Adding to the existing amenities, the building owner engaged HST to construct a game lounge where tenants can relax, unwind and take a mental break.  The project involved demolition of existing finishes, new glass storefronts, ceiling features and high-end finishes to meet the look and feel of the atrium lobby.
