SharpeVision Modern Lasik

HST was recruited during preconstruction to support SharpeVision and TGB Architects to finalize design, budget and schedule.  Together through collaboration with key subcontractors, HST helped the team navigate final decisions by creating budget and schedule transparency.  Constructing a Lasik surgery center and an ASC certified cataract surgery center in an occupied office building posed unique challenges that required close coordination with existing building systems, the landlord, and neighboring tenants.  Architectural highlights include arched openings, tile floors and walls, unique ceiling features and other high-end finishes throughout.
