HST's third project with Slalom, this build out of approximately 14,000 SF of Class A Office space was in Seattle’s historic Exchange Building (a BOMA International TOBY winner). Construction involved building private offices, conference rooms featuring glass fronts, open workstations with linear pendant LED lighting, new breakroom, custom wall features and other high-end finishes.
