HST performed 2 projects with this client including their original buildout and expansion a few years later. In all, HST constructed 33,000 SF of Class A Office space including reconfiguring existing stairway, new glass rails and hardwood flooring, custom lounge area including full bar with equipment and a substantial custom casework package. HST directed the MEP teams with input from the tenant, construction manager, building owner and architect.
