The Net Marketing Center

During the early development stages of The Net, Seattle's newest 38 story office tower, Urban Visions had a unique idea. They leased office space in the neighboring building and partnered with HST to build a marketing center to help promote The Net's unique qualities and unparalleled views. Prospective tenants use virtual reality technology to walk through future office spaces to visualize building amenities and the views from floors throughout the building. HST worked closely with NBBJ and Urban Visions to fit design and budget together and deliver a space that will help build excitement in the commercial real estate industry and commitment among tenants looking for new space.
