This dense 3,500 SF Class A Office buildout of executive suites had many high-end design features. Office walls were constructed using DIRTT wall systems with sliding doors.  The new kitchen/lounge area highlighted by copper bar top. Extensive use of tile flooring throughout the space and open ceiling with floating architectural wood ceiling features created a unique space to meet important clients. HST directed the design-build MEP team with input from the tenant and architect.
