Working closely with the Owner, Construction Manager, Architect and Furniture Designer, HST helped make final that decisions align with the project’s budget and schedule goals. Finishes featured a mix of wood ceilings, walls, and flooring, complemented by acoustic wall treatments. The ceiling design incorporated a combination of open-to-structure, drywall, and acoustic clouds, while sliding glass office fronts enhanced transparency and daylight. Specialty lighting tied the space together, balancing performance and energy efficiency.
