Urban Pickleball

Upon completion in 2020, Rainier Square was instantly one of Seattle’s iconic office towers. To ensure tenant amenities were second to none, Wright Runstad & Company partnered with HKS Architects and HST Construction to bring a premier pickleball facility to life. 

HST constructed two full-size courts, a warm-up and practice area, and a dedicated players’ lounge. High-end finishes include custom sport court surfaces, wood ceiling and wall accents, and built-in players' lockers. As a first-generation buildout, the project required complete installation of new mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems.

Another feature included a welcoming lounge area just off the main lobby designed for socializing, remote work, and relaxation.
