HST's partnership with WeWork on this project started with pre-construction services including estimating, scheduling, value engineering and resource planning. Once the plan and budget were established, we remodeled two floors of existing office space with high-end finishes including glass wall systems with sliding doors, wood flooring, open ceiling concept in conference rooms, reception & lounge.
