WeWork Pioneer Square

HST renovated this entire building for a single Class A Office tenant. Existing finishes were demolished, bringing the building back to shell condition and MEP systems were retrofitted to modern standards. Filled with high-end finishes, this project included glass wall systems with sliding doors, wood flooring, open ceilings and a specialty lighting package throughout. Unique elements including a beautiful reception area, lounge and game room provide amenities that are in high demand.
