WeWork Portland

Approximately 57,000 SF multi-floor/multi-phase Class A Office TI, unique in that it was an out of state project for HST.  We successfully navigated the challenges of working in a different state which involved recruiting new subcontractors, HST crews living or commuting to Portland, HST office team attending weekly meetings on the job site, adapting to different permit/inspection processes and adhering to differences in licensing and tax codes.
