This full floor build out of Class A Office/Co-Working space was in a new building. The project spanned 16,500 SF and featured storefront office systems, large common pantry area, complete restroom remodel, a Mother’s Room, polished concrete flooring, extensive wall tile work, full AV package, two Server Rooms, and custom acoustic ceiling and wall treatments.
