Working in the construction industry since 1992, Eric is an experienced coach and strong team builder who understands how to align internal and external teams toward shared goals.  He is responsible for analyzing and improving business processes specifically to ensure the highest level of customer service, project success and enhance new/repeat business strategies. 

Outside of work, Eric enjoys traveling, escaping to the Puget Sound and the mountains, spending time with family and friends, and is a big Seattle sports fan.

As the Office Manager at HST, Jackie brings a positive energy and engaging spirit. She has a genuine passion for assisting the entire HST team, including office operations, accounting, marketing, implementation of systems, training and processes. Jackie has been with HST since 2011 and is an invaluable asset to our success.

Jackie previously worked her way through the Property Management industry holding roles in operations, leasing, capital improvements, accounting, and leadership.

In her downtime, Jackie enjoys being outdoors, hiking, traveling & most importantly, spending time with her family & friends.

Starting his construction career in 1987, Pat joined HST in 2011 as a project Foreman advancing into the role of project Superintendent. Pat maintains the highest quality of problem solving, is a strong leader, and has the interpersonal skills to work well with diverse personalities. Pat takes pride in his work and enjoys teaching and coaching the next generation of carpenters. A result-driven professional, Pat demonstrates success in delivering projects on-time and under budget, safely and with excellent customer relations.

Pat began his career in the construction industry building custom log cabin homes with his dad and then working in Montana's oil refineries. Away from work, Pat enjoys spending time with his wife & 2 kids.
