Brett has over 30 years of construction experience, specializing in commercial tenant improvements including 12 years as a Project Superintendent and 15 years as a Project Manager. Brett is a results-driven professional, experienced in all phases of commercial construction and the development process. Brett demonstrates success in delivering projects on-time and under budget; strengths include leadership, safety, project scheduling, management, and customer relations.

After graduating from Western Washington University, CJ joined HST in 2021 as Project Engineer. CJ demonstrates success in delivering quality projects and a high level of customer service; strengths include superior communication skills, project documentation, and efficient project close out processes.

Dave has 25 years of construction, and construction management experience, with an emphasis in commercial tenant improvements and building renovations. Dave’s leadership, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability make him a cornerstone to any construction project team. Dave will contribute knowledge from diverse project and business management experiences.

Working in the construction industry since 1992, Eric is an experienced coach and strong team builder who understands how to align internal and external teams toward shared goals.  He is responsible for analyzing and improving business processes specifically to ensure the highest level of customer service, project success and enhance new/repeat business strategies. 

Outside of work, Eric enjoys traveling, escaping to the Puget Sound and the mountains, spending time with family and friends, and is a big Seattle sports fan.

As the Office Manager at HST, Jackie brings a positive energy and engaging spirit. She has a genuine passion for assisting the entire HST team, including office operations, accounting, marketing, implementation of systems, training and processes. Jackie has been with HST since 2011 and is an invaluable asset to our success.

Jackie previously worked her way through the Property Management industry holding roles in operations, leasing, capital improvements, accounting, and leadership.

In her downtime, Jackie enjoys being outdoors, hiking, traveling & most importantly, spending time with her family & friends.

Nigel has 25 years of business, customer service and construction management experience, with an emphasis in commercial tenant improvements and building renovations; 17 years as a Construction Project Manager. Nigel’s leadership, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability make him a contributing element to any construction project team.

Starting his construction career in 1987, Pat joined HST in 2011 as a project Foreman advancing into the role of project Superintendent. Pat maintains the highest quality of problem solving, is a strong leader, and has the interpersonal skills to work well with diverse personalities. Pat takes pride in his work and enjoys teaching and coaching the next generation of carpenters. A result-driven professional, Pat demonstrates success in delivering projects on-time and under budget, safely and with excellent customer relations.

Pat began his career in the construction industry building custom log cabin homes with his dad and then working in Montana's oil refineries. Away from work, Pat enjoys spending time with his wife & 2 kids.

Roger entered the construction industry in 1997 and began managing projects in 2003 specializing in corporate office, life science, hospitality and restaurant tenant improvements. Roger's focus, high-energy, and dedication to customer service consistently deliver exceptional results. Applying a high-touch, concierge approach with clients, Roger has developed many long-lasting relationships.

Royce began his construction career in 2018 and joined the HST team in 2022 as Project Engineer. Royce’s contributions include a dedicated work ethic, attention to detail and an unwavering drive to support the Project Team. Excellent management of project documentation and communications combined with efficient close out processes are a few ways Royce impacts the success of projects.

Scott has over 7 years of construction experience, specializing in commercial tenant improvements. Scott is a results driven professional, experienced in all phases of commercial construction and the development process. Scott demonstrates success in delivering projects on-time and under budget; strengths include leadership, safety, project scheduling, management, and customer relations.

Sevren has over 3 years of engineering experience, specializing exclusively in commercial tenant improvements. Sevren demonstrates success in delivering quality projects and a high level of customer service; strengths include superior communication skills, project documentation, and efficient project close out processes.

Spencer has over 5 years of construction management experience, specializing in commercial tenant improvements and municipal facility renovations. Spencer demonstrates success in delivering projects with the client’s objectives at the forefront; strengths include clarity of communication, attention to detail, and quality of coordination.

Steven has over 6 years of project management experience, specializing exclusively in commercial tenant improvements. Steven demonstrates success in delivering quality projects and a high level of customer service; strengths include superior communication skills, project documentation, and efficient project close out processes.

Since 2013, Sumner has been coordinating complex project activities, maintaining schedules and managing project budgets. Bringing this experience to HST as Project Engineer in 2023, Sumner positively impacts projects by effectively controlling documentation, managing submittals and RFI’s and connecting problems with solutions.

Terry started his career in the construction industry in 1995, and became a superintendent specializing in commercial tenant improvements in 2006. Terry is a results driven professional, has an keen eye for detail, and experienced in all phases of commercial construction and the development process. Terry demonstrates success in delivering projects on-time and under budget; strengths include leadership, safety, project scheduling, management, and customer relations.
