This project was a 13,600 SF Class A Office TI from cold shell condition in the new Lincoln Square building in Bellevue, WA. As a first-generation buildout, the HST team constructed all new MEP and life safety systems. Distinctive finishes included new custom reception desk, partial height built in desk systems, private offices and conference rooms featuring glass fronts, open office workstations with linear pendant LED lighting and filz felt panels in the elevator lobby. New break room, custom wood ceiling features, and high-end finishes throughout.
