This first-generation buildout of Class A Office space featured high-end finishes including polished concrete floors, glass storefront offices and reclaimed wood wall features and flooring. The open to structure ceiling design was highlighted by alternating wood veneer ceiling tiles and distinctive ceiling elements throughout the space. This unique design included a built-in bar/speakeasy and a recording studio which involved a poured in-place concrete floor system on a spring sub-structure to maximize the acoustic properties of the room.
