Riverpark Lobby
The Offices at Riverpark | Redmond, WA
This Capital Project involved the renovation of the main building lobby in an occupied building. By upgrading the common areas, HST's client was able to compete for higher paying tenants in a competitive market. Challenges included keeping the common areas accessible during construction while providing a safe environment for both workers and the public. The project consisted of new tile flooring, custom steel and wood shelving, solid surface wall paneling, drywall ceiling clouds and new elevator finishes.
