Urban Pickleball

Upon completion, the Rainier Square building was instantly one of Seattle’s iconic office towers. To ensure its tenant amenities were second to none, Wright Runstad & Company partnered with HKS Architects and HST Construction to bring a premier pickleball facility to life. Located just off the main lobby, the space features a welcoming lounge designed for socializing, remote work, and relaxation.

HST constructed three full-size courts, a warm-up and practice area, and a dedicated players’ lounge. High-end finishes include custom sport court surfaces, wood ceilings and wall accents, and built-in players' lockers. As a first-generation buildout, the project required complete installation of new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
