HST Constructed approximately 25,000 SF of new Class A office space for this wealth management company. This first-generation build out started from a cold shell and core and included features such as glass storefront offices, acoustic and GWB ceiling clouds, multiple conference rooms, specialty lighting, and community pantry area. Design-build mechanical, fire, plumbing, and electrical with focus on clean installation to accommodate open to structure ceiling areas.
