This was the first of two projects HST performed for this client. Working closely with the Architect, Construction Manager and Tenant teams during preconstruction, HST ensured the design intent was met while maintaining control of costs and schedule. One of the many highlights was a new architectural stair system connecting all floors, which brought people together and encouraged cross-team collaboration.
Specialty Materials
JPC Architects specified many distinctive materials including blacked steel to clad the booth seating area.

The ceiling features created an echo of the client's brand while enhancing the space with unique and striking details.
