This Class A Office project involved multiple phases of extensive construction in occupied office space. 110,000 SF of occupied office reconfiguration including extensive demolition of existing offices and build-back with all new finishes and 25,000 SF of new office expansion space. Upgrades included new ceiling system with mix of open to structure and ceiling clouds, full kitchen with cook top and venting for appliances, custom writable wall panels at open office areas and extensive casework package including wood wall and ceiling features. HST directed design-build MEP trades with input from the client and architect. HST teams welcome complexity and thrive on providing solutions.
