This Class A Office project totaled a combined 70,000 SF of office reconfiguration over multiple floors and phases. Scope included extensive demolition of existing offices and build-back with all new finishes including new ceiling system with mix of painted, open to structure, and ceiling clouds; moveable writable walls at collaboration areas and a specialty reclaimed wood wall package; and amenities including scrum rooms and full service break areas.

Assembling the Puzzle
Recycled wood products are salvaged from a variety of sources and as a result, they are not uniform in shape, color or texture. HST craftsmen work with the architect and client to sort and order panels before installation to ensure we achieve the desired look.
