First-generation buildout of 2,800 SF medical clinic at the Marina Suites building in Kirkland. Features of the clinic included surgery, procedure, exam and recovery rooms, MA station, employee lounge and high-end reception area. Finishes included wood flooring, welded sheet vinyl flooring with coved base, epoxy paint, wall tile and paneling and custom casework throughout.
