Waterfront Place on Yarrow Bay | Kirkland, WA
Freiheit & Ho Architects partnered with HST to build their new office space in Kirkland’s Yarrow Bay neighborhood. Because this project was a first-generation buildout, HST assembled an MEP team to design and build new systems to meet the needs of our client while satisfying the building’s requirements. FHA designed a beautiful space that took full advantage of unobstructed views of Lake Washington while encouraging cross-team collaboration. Custom storefront glass wall systems, open to structure ceiling, specialty lighting, wood slat ceiling features and a custom reception desk/waiting area are some of the features that made this project unique.
