Construction of approximately 32,000 SF of Class A Office. The space included two full panty areas, four added restrooms and remodel of four existing restrooms. Features of this project included an extensive casework package, masonry/acrylic reception desk, polished concrete flooring, storefront system, Podcast and Photo rooms with associated equipment, Mother’s room, Wellness room.
