HST Teams partnered with Keller Rohrback to meticulously plan this complete remodel of 42,000 SF of fully occupied office space over two floors. Accomplished in multiple phases, HST reconfigured a substantial amount of existing offices, upgraded conference rooms and constructed a new reception/waiting area and employee lounge and break areas. Working in concert with the tenant, HST was able to complete all work without interrupting daily business activities and keep Keller Rohrback operational.
