This first-generation build out of Class A office space is off the lobby in the new Lincoln Square East Tower. A highly visible space, the design included custom glass wall systems and open to structure concept with specialty linear pendant lighting to create maximum impact when entering the building. The project involved building many custom finishes but one of the highlights are steel supports brought in through lobby and hoisted to 2nd floor.
