112th @ 12th Courtyard Renovation

This project revitalized an existing courtyard located above a parking garage, transforming it into a dynamic amenity space for tenants. Enhancements included the addition of a covered pergola, built-in bench seating, a fire pit, and expanded seating areas integrated with the original planter infrastructure. The landscaping was refreshed with vibrant new greenery, replacing overgrown and unhealthy plants. Further upgrades included the installation of striking art pieces, improved site lighting, and intuitive wayfinding elements, resulting in a welcoming and functional outdoor environment for tenants to enjoy.
