Fairview Market Hall Exterior Upgrades

Pembroke recruited SkB Architects and Dapper to develop a strategy and design for drawing people into the retail businesses of Market Hall and the team partnered with HST bring the ideas forward. Positioned on one of Seattle's busiest streets, 400 Fairview already had extraordinary drive-by traffic. By adding new industrial exterior features and a lighting package that included integrated signage and one-of-a-kind pendants, the team created eye-catching elements enhancing interest in the building.
