The WeWork Capitol Hill project was completed in multiple phases and delivered during the COVID-19 pandemic. Floors 2, 3 and 5 were designed and built for WeWork to their standards, while Floor 4 was designed and built for Microsoft, WeWork's Enterprise tenant. HST teams partnered with WeWork, Microsoft and the building owner to work through the logistic challenges of building modern spaces in a historic building.
