Compass Totem Lake

HST teams formed a partnership with Tenant, Owner and Architect to construct the new home for Compass on the East Side. This first-generation build out of Class A office space is in the Village at Totem Lake, a mixed-use development where office, retail and residential spaces merge.  A fitting home for a real estate company whose mission is "to help everyone find their place in the world.” Project highlights include the mixture of concrete/steel/carpet/GWB finishes to provide a modern and elegant feel, large community space for employees and guests to gather, varied ceiling materials and heights to create visual interest, private break-out rooms designed to enhance collaboration, and glass office fronts with sliding doors which transfer light throughout the space.
