Pokemon Lincoln Square

This first-generation buildout of over 100,000 SF stretched over 5 floors and was connected by an interior communicating stairwell which featured architectural concrete treads, custom glass panels and an aluminum rail. Custom casework, glass wall systems and intricate ceiling features were complimented by new themed restrooms on all 5 floors. Design-build MEP, fire protection, low voltage and AV systems were executed with an open ceiling concept in mind.
